To heal your acne LONG term – you need a healthy skin barrier. This mostly means simplifying your routine to allow your skin to heal itself (not adding more “skin barrier” products). If your skin is sensitive and acne prone, chances are high your expensive skincare is just irritating and inflaming your skin.
